Measure 1 (Initial): Completer effectiveness. (R4.1)
- Initial Teacher Education – Initial HEDI Scores One Year and Initial HEDI Scores Three Years. The HEDI rating is 80% classroom observation by a trained educational leader, and 20% is based on student growth scores.
