Conference Theme

Why It Must Be Done:  Relighting the Spark of Business Ethics

In addition to the general theme for the keynote and plenary sessions, the conference is organized in broad topical areas based on proposed submissions. We are looking for submissions from business professionals, academics and young scholars who have an interest in and commitment to the study and discussion of business and professional ethics.

Abstracts/Proposals

Those wishing to present a paper at one of the parallel sessions should submit an abstract proposal using the above link.

Abstracts should be submitted by July 25, 2024 and not run longer than 500 words (excluding references, title, and author(s) contact details).

We welcome all submissions from business professionals, academics and young scholars who have an interest in and commitment to the study and discussion of business and professional ethics. Proposals could include interest in presenting any of the following: an empirical, theoretical, or pedagogical research paper; a practical case study; an emerging approach to teaching business ethics; or, a panel session of business and academic leaders discussing problems and challenges concerning ethics and ethical decision making in business.

Abstract proposals will be reviewed for acceptance on a rolling basis. We expect to offer a decision for all abstracts received on time by mid July. Accepted participants wishing to have their complete paper considered for the Patrick Primeaux Best Paper Award recognition will need to submit their manuscript by August 15, 2024. Further instructions on submitting your manuscript for Primeaux consideration will be included in the email sent out to all accepted proposals.
