What we do
The Records Office is the repository for all student academic records. The office oversees the academic calendar, class scheduling, degree audit and progression, and the registration process for all students.
Students may also request official transcripts, enrollment verifications, change their name, and have questions answered regarding Self Service.

Important Information for Registration
- The summer and fall courses will be posted on Sept. 29. Registration will open starting Monday, October 30, 2024, for all currently enrolled graduate students via their Self Service Accounts.
- Undergraduate students must review registration schedule to determine when they are eligible to register.
- Undergraduate students need to be advised by their registration window to register.
- Undergraduate and graduate students must complete the financial aid responsibility form before registration. Those who have not completed the financial aid responsibility form for the upcoming semesters must login to myNU and will be automatically directed to the page.
- It is recommended that students check their profile and make any necessary edits.
Course Offerings
Registration Schedule
Continuing undergraduate and graduate students who are registered for fall 2023 and have active myNU and Self Service accounts are able to register for the spring 2024 semester starting October 30, 2023 in the windows defined on the registration schedule document.
Students must also have settled any outstanding account balance. In addition, any hold listed in your Self Service account must be rectified and lifted.

- Graduate student registration for summer and fall 2024 starts Monday, October 30, 2024, at 7 a.m.
Exam Schedule
Students with two or more final examinations in the same examination module and students with more than two final examinations on one examination day should contact their dean for assistance in resolving these conflicts.
Students whose religious affiliation demands that they recognize certain days as religious observances and will be absent from an exam should contact their appropriate dean.
