Biography
Dr. Hai Q. Ta joined Niagara University in August 2016. He received his Ph.D. in accounting at Drexel University and his MBA at Syracuse University. His research interest is capital market research, in particular the determinants and consequences of financial reporting quality. He was the American Accounting Association/J. Michael Cook Doctoral Consortium Fellow in 2011 and IAS Doctoral Consortium Fellow in 2012. He is also a member of American Accounting Association, Canadian Accounting Association, and European Accounting Association.
