During this very difficult and trying time we want to strongly encourage the Niagara University campus community to stay healthy and active. While this can be difficult without many of the resources that we have grown accustomed to, there are many ways that you can maintain a fitness routine from the comfort of your home. Below is a list of online resources to help you continue with your fitness journey as well as a link to the American Society for Nutrition, which will provide tips and ideas for healthy eating.
