Biography


Dr. Kilho Shin is an Associate Professor of Management and Marketing at Niagara University. He joined the university in August 2019 after earning his Ph.D. in Business Administration (specializing in Strategic Management) from the University of Texas at Arlington. He also holds an M.S. in Economics (specializing in Financial Economics) from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a B.B.A. in International Business and English from Chung-Buk National University in South Korea.

Dr. Kilho Shin’s research interests include time in strategy, managerial temporal orientation, strategic change, environmental adaptation, and knowledge management. His work has been published in peer-reviewed academic journals such as Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Knowledge Management, and Entrepreneurship Research Journal. He has also presented his research at major management conferences, including the Academy of Management and the Southern Management Association
