Residence Security
Residence halls are kept secure with cameras and keycard-only access, and individual room keys are issued to each student.
Kitchenette Facilities
Each residence hall is equipped with shared kitchenettes, giving you even more dining options.
Internet & Phone
Each room is equipped with wireless internet, an ethernet port and a phone port (landlines are not provided).
Laundry
Laundry machines are located in each residence hall and are free of charge. LaundryView allows you to monitor your laundry from a web browser.
Cable Television
Each room is enabled with extended cable TV. Students must provide their own TV and cables should be at least 10′ long.
Recycling
Residence Life recycles aluminum, plastic, white paper, cardboard and newspaper. Recycle bins are located at each residence hall.
Meal Plans & Dining
Room & board fees automatically include a generous meal plan, and campus features several dining hall options.
Fitness Center
The Kiernan Recreation Center is a multi-purpose fitness center that is available to students year round, and includes a wide array of facilities and equipment.
On-Site Maintenance
Should you need maintenance work in your room, it’s as easy as filling out a maintenance request form in your myNU portal.
Bathrooms
All residence hall bathrooms are single gender. They include sinks, showers, and toilets, and are cleaned daily.
Vending Machines
Vending machines are located in residence halls and across campus, and are operated with your ID card.
Chapel
The university chapel holds a daily mass, and our campus ministry is available for a variety of student needs and services, including sacraments.
