Ken Malecki joins the Holzschuh College of Business Administration with more than 40 years of leadership experience in the food and grocery industries. He recently served as vice president of sales for the eastern division of Musco Family Olive Co., where he led product development initiatives and national retail partnerships. His career also includes leadership positions with Tops Markets, Mayfair Sales, and Wilson Farms with extensive expertise in retail operations, merchandising, sales, supply chain management, and consumer-packaged goods.
As the Robert B. Wegman Endowment Director of Food Industry Innovation and Supply Chain Excellence he will lead the university’s expanding, cross-disciplinary food industry and supply chain management undergraduate programs, bringing his expertise in frontline grocery operations, brand management, and executive sales experience to the position.
