Your Niagara University ID card serves as an essential tool for navigating campus life and accessing a wide range of services and facilities. It functions not only as your official university identification but also plays a key role in enhancing security and convenience throughout your time at Niagara. With your ID card, you can gain entry to various campus buildings, utilize university services, and make purchases at on-campus dining locations, bookstores, and vending machines. If you are a new student, staff member, or faculty member, it is important that you get a Niagara University ID card.
The card office is located at the IT Helpdesk in Glynn Annex.
The first card that a student or employee receives is free. Replacement cost is $20, if the card is damaged please bring the card the IT Helpdesk for evaluation and replacement. Cash payment is NOT accepted. Credit card and mobile payments are completed at the Helpdesk when ID card is printed.
Card Access
The Office of Information Technology has staff available to assist you with your electronic lock and access needs. While every situation is different, we can find a solution to bring efficiency to your access needs. To get an estimate and consultation for new electronic lock work, please submit a service request.
