Under the direction of the Clubhouse Manager, the Food and Beverage Intern will focus primarily on the fundamentals of food and beverage operations with exposure to casual dining, formal dining, banquets, golf snack bar, beverage and the poolside café. The intern will have the ability to meet with managers, discussing his or her progress throughout the internship. The intern will also spend the final weeks of the internship rotating throughout various departments including: kitchen, grounds, golf, catering, and administration. This will give the intern a full understanding of Club Management.
