Biography
Shawn P. Daly, Ph.D., P.E. has lectured extensively and appeared on American national news programs such as National Public Radio and Voice of America concerning the use of artificial intelligence, medical tourism, and B2B marketing. He served as the Dean of the College of Business Administration at Niagara University. Prior to that, Dr. Daly was the Business School Dean at the University of the Incarnate Word and Tiffin University. On the way to visiting 90 countries and teaching in ten (most often in Finland), he has won three Fulbright awards (Zimbabwe, Kazakhstan, and Mongolia). Dr. Daly’s global experience extends to various international management positions and has overseen educational operations as Managing Director (Romania) and Academic Dean (China, Mexico). He has also been involved in numerous international development projects, providing expertise in business, marketing, and engineering in Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Zambia, Guyana, and Ethiopia.
