Biography
Before joining the faculty of Niagara University, Jessica DiPalma was an assistant professor of art history at Erie Community College in Buffalo, New York. Previously, she spent a decade working in the museum field in numerous roles, including curator of education and community engagement at the Buffalo AKG Art Museum, formerly the Albright-Knox Art Gallery.
An art historian and freelance writer, Ms. DiPalma has written and lectured extensively on art topics and is currently a contributing writer for the New York City-based The Art Story Foundation. She is also the author of the novel Pride, Prejudice and Paintings and the middle grade novel series The Jump.
Ms. DiPalma received her Master of Arts degree in art history from the University at Buffalo. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications and a Doctor of Jurisprudence in law.
