Records Office
The Records Office handles class registrations including any adjustments such as adding or dropping a class. Current students can register and make adjustments via their WebAdvisor account from the time their window opens until midnight of the day before each semester starts. In addition, we process all transcript requests, enrollment verifications, and loan deferments.
Registration for the summer 2013 term opens Monday, April 8, for all undergraduate and graduate classes. All non-NU students should visit the summer classes schedule for more information.
Registration for the fall 2013 term opens Monday, April 8, for graduate students. Undergraduate students should refer to the registration schedule for their appropriate time and day.
International students will work with the Records Office to process their Certificate of Eligibility Form I-20, which is needed prior to entrance into the United States in order to be granted student status.
The office is located in the Butler Building and is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the school year. Our summer hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Fridays. Please contact us if you have any questions.
