What we do

The Office of Faculty Development is a comprehensive instructional resource center open to all of Niagara University’s faculty and staff. The office provides workshops, training, and resources to support instructors in developing their pedagogy, achieving and assessing student learning outcomes, and using technology effectively in the classroom. One-on-one appointments are available.

Faculty development is a growing field and a common service at colleges and universities worldwide. Centers for instructional support and faculty development work to support professors and enhance the overall quality of teaching and learning.

We are always looking for new, innovative workshop ideas, guest speaker suggestions, and other programs to support faculty and enhance teaching and learning. Please contact us if you have any questions or ideas!
