Debra Brown, '13 - Senior Wealth Manager at WNY Asset Management
Debra (Debbie) is a Senior Wealth Manager at WNY Asset Management. She is a part of the firm’s Investment Management Committee and has over a decade of experience. She uses her knowledge of financial planning and investment management to assist her clients in achieving their long-term goals. Debra is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional who holds Series 6, 7 and 63 licenses as well as a Life, Accident & Health License. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Niagara University’s undergraduate program in Supply Chain Management and also earned her MBA in Finance at Niagara University.
Nancy McKinley, Partner at Lacy Katzen LLP
Nancy is a Partner at Lacy Katzen LLP. She is also a member of the Monroe County Bar Association (Trusts and Estates Section), New York State Bar Association (Trusts and Estates Section and Elder Law Section) and the Estate Planning Council of Rochester, Inc. She has practiced in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Medicaid Planning for over 25 years, and has spoken at seminars on estate and Medicaid planning. She was born in Niagara Falls, New York. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science from D’Youville College in 1990 and a degree of Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1997. She was admitted to the Bar in 1998. Nancy was Vice Chairperson of the Monroe County Bar Association’s Lawyers for Learning Committee in 2000 - 2001, Chairperson of that committee in 2001 - 2003 and served on the Lawyers for Learning Committee from 2003 - 2009. She was on the board of the Rochester Education Foundation for nine years from 2005 until 2014. Nancy served on the Board of Shepherd Home for nine years from 2008 until 2018. She is on the Daily Record’s 2024 Trusts and Estates Power List. Nancy has concentrated her practice in the following areas of law: Estate Planning; Estate Administration; Medicaid Planning. She currently is the Chair of the Trusts and Estates Department at Lacy Katzen LLP.
