Vaccine Protocol Exemption
Current Members of Niagara University
Members of the Niagara University community were able to file for a medical or religious exemption from the university’s vaccination protocol for the fall 2021 semester. The deadline to apply for an exemption has now passed.
Newly Hired Employees
For newly hired employees only, the forms to request an exemption on religious or medical grounds may be found below. A newly hired employee may submit their request to the Office of Human Resources email address included on the form by the required deadline communicated at the point of hire for review and consideration.
New Students (Spring 2022)
All new students entering Niagara University for the spring 2022 semester may file for a medical or religious exemption from the university’s vaccination protocol for the spring 2022 semester. Exemption forms are available using the links below and must be submitted no later than Monday, Jan. 3, 2022.
Please note that any member of the campus community who has received an exemption must continue health and safety protocols, which includes wearing a mask in public places while on campus.
