Dr. Walker serves as Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment. She joined the Niagara University community in 2013 as the Director of Institutional Research and has been instrumental in organizing and strengthening the university's data resources to meet the demand for data-informed decision support at all levels of the institution. She has been actively engaged across campus, serving on several committees, including the Identifying and Dismantling Racial Injustice Task Force, Inclusive Excellence Coordinating Council, Institutional Effectiveness and Reporting Committee, University Planning and Resource Council, Academic Senate, and the Middle States self-study team. 

Prior to joining NU, Dr. Walker served as Assistant Director of Assessment Programs at Campus Labs, working with over 50 campuses on their assessment planning and execution.  Previously, she was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at West Virginia Wesleyan College, teaching courses in statistics, methodology, and learning. She has experience assessing instructional practices and learning outcomes for learners of all ages and has served as a research consultant on numerous projects and grants. She holds a Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis from the psychology department at West Virginia University and bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Business Administration from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
