Report A Problem

Please use this form only if you consider this matter to be a true widespread system problem that would impact many users.

If you are experiencing a major problem with any technology on campus, please use this form to notify IT staff of the issue as soon as possible. This is monitored 24/7, and is intended for major problems where systems or services are found unusable or unavailable. For less urgent matters, please use the traditional methods of contacting the IT helpdesk.

Some examples of things that this tool is intended to report are:

  • There is no network connectivity in my department or building
  • I gave my password to somebody accidentally
  • Blackboard is down or reporting errors during use
  • I am unable to connect to a major system (Email, Blackboard, Colleague, etc.)
