Internships

Legal Internships

All Niagara Pre-Law students are encouraged to complete at least one legal internship, which the Pre-Law Advisement program and Career Services office can help to arrange. In recent years students have interned with state and federal judges, in District Attorney's offices and the New York State Attorney General's office, with Public Defender's offices and with criminal defense attorneys; and in law firms across New York.

Students interested in pursuing a legal internship should contact Prof. Hinkley by e-mail or Canvas message to schedule an advisement meeting.

Women and the Law with Caroline Wojtaszek revised

Students in Women and the Law meet Niagara County District Attorney Caroline Wojtaszek. District Attorney Wojtaszek, the first woman to hold that office in Niagara County's history, has hosted Niagara Pre-Law students as legal interns each year since being elected.
