Bio

Dr. Erdley is currently the Simulation Center Coordinator at Niagara University. He has been with the School of Nursing as a faculty member for the last eight years and has recently taken over the coordination of the Simulation Center. His nursing practice included general medical/surgical, as well as a focus on critical care. His academic career has included general nursing education, healthcare informatics, and high-fidelity immersive simulation. 

Current Research

  • Learner perception of a role player as patient versus a manikin as patient
    • 2 projects: with PT and with nursing
  • Learner readiness for inter-professional learning (nursing focus)
