Institutional Review Board
The Institutional Review Board (IRB) is Niagara University's research ethics board. We are responsible for reviewing all research involving human subjects to ensure that it meets all applicable ethical and regulatory standards. This includes survey studies and research conducted off campus by Niagara University faculty and students. All human subjects research projects must be approved or exempted by the IRB before the research can begin.
