    This leadership training for Villa D'Este involved 29 employees from four top properties in Italy. This training was extremely successful as it developed the Excellence in Customer Service program for the Lake Como Tourism Association.

  • Working with Disabled Individuals

    The National Center for Careers in Hospitality Service worked on development of training programs in Buffalo and Las Vegas. This comprehensive program prepares individuals with disabilities, a community with a 70 percent unemployment rate, for a career in the hospitality industry. The Statler Center has completed 25, 13-week training programs and their employment rate is now 80-plus percent.

  • Development Program

    This was an 8-week hospitality development training program for the Seneca Nation of Indians that introduced the participants to the industry. After this training, a 90 percent employment rate was accomplished.

  • Revenue Optimization

    One & Only - Reethi Rah, Republic of Maldives. A revenue management training program for a five star $650.00 ADR resort. The training investment was returned in days.

  • Supervisory Training

    Supervisory training for the New York State Hospitality & Tourism Association was conducted by Niagara University for three consecutive years in five cities throughout New York State. Received highest ratings of any trainer.

  • Excellence in Customer Service

    Like Premier found out, Niagara University's interactive workshop provides the tools to help your employees/volunteers reduce the frequency and/or severity of the daily problems encountered by many in the industry, as well as how to become more proactive in providing a better guest experience.   • Business Plan Development

    Niagara University helped develop a business plan for Holiday Inn's property renovation and growth, a proposal  that was approved by the corporation.

  • Pre-Opening Consultation

    Niagara University provided a pre-opening consultation to the owners of the Barton Hill Hotel & Spa in Lewiston, N.Y. During the contract period, the project stayed on task and on budget.

  • Train the Trainer

    Niagara University implemented a program designed to help teach the hospitality industry to high school teachers. The Certified Hospitality Instructor (CHI) is a nationally-recognized program developed by the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
