Cristina Masucci is a lifelong Western New Yorker with progressive leadership experience in learning and talent development, human resources and operations management for multinational organizations specializing in the hospitality, food service, and financial services industries. As a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), she enjoys partnering with organizations committed to growing their talent.
Cristina holds an M.S. in creativity and change leadership from Buffalo State's International Center for Studies in Creativity (ICSC). She is past president of the Buffalo Niagara Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD, formerly ASTD), an association dedicated to workplace learning and performance professionals within the region. She is a Senior Lecturer at Niagara University's College of Hospitality and Tourism Management and holds the Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) and Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT) designations from the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA).
