As Owner of Roth Consulting Group, Inc., I have accumulated thirty years’ experience in the Foodservice Design industry. My food service facility design career started in the local food service dealer community, extended to a food service facility design consultant based out of Toronto Canada, before I opened my own food service design firm in 2004.
Through the years I have acquired a vast knowledge base of design principals that are required to design and open food service facilities. Experience in both facility design and flow / function of operations has afforded me a real world understanding of food service production and customer needs.
A return to college to obtain a Bachelors of Professional Study in Architecture has supported my construction background and been valuable for integrating efficient and aesthetic qualities into each project design. A professional goal is to fill the communication gap between the Food Service Owner / Operator and the project Architect / Design Team. Believing this is a critical step to achieving a well-planned, operational facility that meets all design requirements. The opportunity to creatively facilitate the development of a program into a space that meets an Owner’s needs that is practical, appealing and aesthetically pleasing is my passion.
