Routine Maintenance Requests

Administration, Faculty, and Staff should submit routine maintenance requests using the Internet Service Desk (iServiceDesk).   A MyNU account is required to access the Internet Service Desk.  Use of iServiceDesk will ensure that valid work requests are routed to the appropriate shop. Email notifications are sent indicating the status of Work requests such as Accepted, Rejected, and Completed.

Work Order Priorities determine response times.
