
The master's of science in international educational leadership will prepare individuals for the leadership roles that includes decision making, connecting practices to theories of change for improvement, awareness of school law, designing and implementing instruction for student achievement and school improvement, managing an organization and its operations, and developing human resources. Our program is designed to provide leadership and mentoring with practical application by including two 300-hour administrative internships.
Teachers and practical educational leaders may enroll in the educational leadership program to prepare themselves to serve a variety of leadership roles within their school, and the community at large, including school boards, school districts, non-governmental organizations, private educational organizations, and roles as team leaders, chairpersons, coordinators, department heads, and teacher leaders.
