Prior to joining the staff at NU Yolanda served as the Academic Counselor in the NUOP Program at Niagara University and Chief Diversity Officer/Director of Diversity and Inclusion at D'Youville College. She obtained a master's degree in education and a master’s degree in mental health counseling. She is currently working on her Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership. Yolanda brings over 15 years of higher education experience to the position.
