By combining a sequence of criminal justice, computer science, and logistics courses, you will explore and learn the latest research and best practices from leading Niagara University faculty and professionals. These courses are online classes with engaged discussions, homework, and assignments and are not multiple-choice self paced classes. The course material is condensed, relevant, and designed specifically for busy professionals in today's workforce.
By earning this certificate, you will be able to stay up-to-date on the current trends that affect your business or place of employment. These courses will provide you with the tools to anticipate security breaches and criminal activity above the general level so you can positively take action and implement procedures.
Five courses are required in order to earn the certificate. Students must take four required courses and have the choice of one elective. By following the annual schedule, a student will be able to earn a certificate within one year. Prerequisites are not required for students enrolling in the certificate program.
Students must have a bachelors degree or be over the age of 22 with at least 30 college credits and a GPA over 2.25; Full-time Niagara University students (currently enrolled) are not eligible to complete the certificate online.
