Meet the Panelists:
Morgan Bicknell, Event Coordinator at Syracuse University
Morgan Bicknell graduated from Niagara University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a concentration in Event Management and a minor in Leadership. While pursuing her undergraduate degree at Niagara, Morgan was very involved on campus. Morgan worked as a work study student in the Admissions Office, was an on campus tour guide, started the Club Softball team her freshman year, served as an Orientation Leader, participated in NUSGA and later joined the Club Rugby team. She then stayed at Niagara University to pursue her Master’s Degree in Business Administration. During that time, Morgan worked in the Campus Activities Office as the Graduate Assistant. After graduating with her Master’s Degree in 2018, she moved back home to Syracuse and currently works at Syracuse University as an Event Coordinator.
Isaac De Los Santos, Assistant Vice President | M&T Bank
Isaac De Los Santos is an Assistant Vice President at M&T Bank. As a Business Banking Relationship Manager, he focuses on providing lending, deposit and cash management solutions to business owners in Western New York. While supporting 8 branches in the city of Buffalo, Isaac is able to support local non-profits, minority business owners and communities in the East Side and West Side of Buffalo. Isaac is also the Vice President of the WNY Hispanic and Latino Resource Group at M&T Bank, where he works with a team of other employees to support Hispanic/Latino recruitment efforts, spread cultural awareness and provide financial literacy workshops in underserved communities. Isaac graduated from Niagara University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and received his MBA from NU in 2016.
Suheiri Rodriguez, General Manager at Wyndham Hotel
Suheiri Rodriguez is the General Manager at Wyndham Hotel and a small business owner. In her role as General Manager she oversees day to day operations, including management of the hotels executive team. While leading multimillion dollar hotel development projects she is also a small business owner of a vegan and organic product business. With over a decade of hospitality experience, working in front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and operations, Suheiri has become an expert in her own right. Her hospitality management career has also included positions with prestigious brands including Wyndham, Marriott & Sheraton hotels. She received her Bachelor’s holds a degree in Communications and Sociology from Niagara University in 2016, and will receive her Master Degree in Business Administration from Niagara University next year.
