Kathryn DeCecco is the Assistant Director of International Services. In her current role she acts as a resource for international students who are studying at Niagara as either exchange or degree seeking students and also coordinated all programs and events for international students. In addition, she oversees the Niagara University study abroad program as well as all short-term international faculty led trips.
She previously worked for nine years in the NU College of Hospitality and Tourism Management as the Director of Experiential Opportunities where she worked as the liaison with alumni and industry partners, helped students find jobs and internships and also oversaw the college's international programs.
Prior to coming to Niagara University she worked as a hospitality professional, primarily in the sales and event planning aspect of the business.
Kathryn has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration from Boston University and MBA from Niagara University.
On a personal note, she and her husband Erik have two small children, Camilla and Julius.
