Graduate and commuter students have the option of residing on campus in a residence hall on a nightly basis with a two consecutive night maximum each week. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Packages are available as follows:
- 1 night - $40
- 5-night package - $175
- 10-night package - $320
- 15-night package - $450
- 30-night package - $810
Our program is currently offered only during the academic year. Please note that all reservations must be made one week in advance of requested date.

All rooms are singles with private baths in the hallway. Rooms are furnished with a standard twin bed, wardrobe, desk and desk chair. Local telephone service is available if you provide your own phone. Outlets for computer and cable service are also available in each room. We encourage students to bring their own bedding (pillow, blankets, sheets) and bath towel, since they are no longer provided.
Lynch Hall has a study lounge located in the basement with a TV, kitchenette, recreation/game room and a gym. All residents have access to vending machines and (no charge) laundry facilities.
Community Advisors and Security
One community advisor (CA) is available on each floor of Lynch Hall. The CAs are student staff members who supervise the floors and are responsible for promoting a healthy living/learning environment. They are available to answer any questions and to assist you in acclimating to your living situation.
The Lynch and O'Donoughue Hall front desks are manned by CAs. Residents must present a college I.D. to enter the building. Visitors must sign in and be escorted by their host.
