Dr. Richardson joined the Niagara faculty back in the fall of 2005. He has obtained a Ph.D. in Marketing from the State University of New York at Buffalo, as well as a M.I.M. International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management. Also, Dr. Richardson received a B.A. from the Central University of Iowa.
Dr. Richardson has over 3200 academic citations for his research in branding, strategy, social media, search, clickstream analysis, and related areas. He teaches courses in big data, social media marketing, digital analytics, marketing analytics, strategy, global marketing, integrated marketing communications, and other areas.
Dr. Richardson is also a member of many different organizations and clubs which serve the University, Community and the College of Business. These organizations include, Niagara University Advisory Board Member, The Academic Honesty Subcommittee, CCTL, MRD Committee, The Marketing association, AMA, Delta Sigma Pi, and Alpha Kappa Psi.
