The Aquila, Niagara University's literary magazine, was first published in 1937 by students of Niagara University. Some versions of The Aquila in the last three years have been collaborative projects in ENG 260, Methods of Literary Study, taught by Dr. Jamie Carr. Judgments of submissions were based on literary and artistic merit with the intent of showcasing an array of talent in the NU community.
