I’m excited for college, but financially it’s going to be a little hard. I have to apply for scholarships, definitely. Money is kind of a big topic for us.
Job placement is really important, especially in today’s economy. Because I want to work as soon as I can and work off the debt and start doing what I want to do for a living. I want to have the nice progression from school, to college, to my life.
I am the president of the Book Club, and The Justice League, and the new Outdoors Club. I will definitely want to continue my active participation in similar clubs in college.
I do get distracted in large classes. It doesn’t work very well for me. Colleges that are smaller have a more intimate classroom setting, and that way you’re not like just a number to a teacher. You’re actually a student.
I feel that when you get into college, people always know what they want to do. Like, “I’m going to be a doctor, I’m going to do this, I’m going to do that.” And I, right now, don’t have any idea what I want to do, and that just really makes me nervous.
I would like colleges to essentially have the option to go out and try new things for community service. ‘Cause there are tons of things that need to be done to better the community. I actually want to see what it’s like to be out there and helping other people.
Depending on what I'd want to go for, if they had a Study Abroad Program, I think that would be awesome. It would be a lot more fun, I mean, going to a different place and seeing a new culture.
