Education That Makes a Difference

Wellness Program

Fitness Rewards Program

Fitness Rewards is a program developed by the Niagara University Kiernan Recreation Center. This program will give you the chance to be rewarded for working out on a regular basis.

To begin the program, all you need to do is register with the front desk staff at the Kiernan Center. Our staff will record your name in the Fitness Rewards binder (for registration only). Sign in each time you come to work out, participate in aerobics classes, intramurals and club sports. Don't worry about charting your progress, Kiernan will do it for you!

There are plenty of opportunities to receive great prizes so don’t hesitate to sign up!

Under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), individuals with disabilities needing accommodations to participate in Kiernan Center programs or use the Kiernan Center facilities should contact a KC supervisor at 716.286.8055 for assistance.

Expresso Ride

The Kiernan Center challenges all patrons to take advantage of the cool features of the expresso bikes! Race your friends here at NU and all over the world. Register on the bike and we will keep track of your progress electronically. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the semester for the person with the most mileage or points.

Super Eagle

Do you have what it takes to be a SUPER EAGLE? Combine the weight of a dead lift, squat and bench press to 1000 pounds or more to add your name to the board and get a t-shirt. See the personal trainer or front desk to schedule a time to test.
