Middle States Commission on Higher Education: www.msache.org  OAC recommends that you click on the “Publications” link on the left side of the page.  Next, click on the link to “Guidelines for Institutional Improvement.”  There you will find two downloadable publications: Assessing Student Learning and Institutional Effectiveness: Understanding Middle States Expectations and Student Learning Assessment: Options and Resources (2nd Edition, 2007).  These publications are helpful to clarify Middle States' requirements.
