Speaking Engagements

Niagara University maintains a roster of public speakers available to speak on a variety of issues, and the general counsel is available to speak by arrangement through the Office of Public Relations.

Pro Bono

Research shows that only 20% of the need for civil legal services for the poor of New York is being met.  The general counsel, as an attorney licensed to practice in the State of New York, is mindful of the New York State Bar Association's position with regard to legal work provided for the good of the public.  The provision of legal advice and services for the disadvantaged is also charitable work in the spirit of the Niagara University Mission.  To that end, the GC's Office works with the NU Office of Sponsored Grants and Research, to provide legal services to those in need.
