Niagara is devoting increasing resources to the protection and promotion of its faculty's innovations.  The General Counsel's Office is committed to contributing to that protection and promotion by ensuring faculty have access to the right advice, at the right time, and by creating an atmosphere where legal services enhance, not detract, from the development of new technologies.
