Graduate Commencement - Thursday, May 9, 2013

• Tickets are REQUIRED by all family and guests attending the undergraduate commencement ceremony. No one will be admitted into the Gallagher Center without a ticket. GRADUATING STUDENTS do not need a ticket. Use of tickets is required in order to avoid exceeding attendance limits determined by the local fire safety officials.
• Students will be allotted four (4) tickets each.
• Students must complete a "Graduate Commencement Ticket Request Form" found in the upper right hand corner of your myNU page.

Students will have the following options for obtaining tickets:

Pick Tickets up in their Dean's Office:

Beginning Monday, April 22, through Monday, May 6, 2013

• Monday - Friday
• 9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

OR Pick tickets up at Will Call on Thursday, May 9, 2013

• 5 - 6 p.m.
• Glynn Family Atrium - Bisgrove Hall

Students will be required to show their ID card and sign for their own tickets.

Undergraduate Commencement - Saturday, May 11, 2013

• Tickets are REQUIRED by all family and guests attending teh commencement ceremony.  No will be admitted into the Gallagher Center without a ticket.  GRADUATING STUDENTS do not need a ticket. Use of tickets is required in order to avoid exceeding attendance limits determined by the local fire safety officials.
• Students will be allotted four (4) tickets each.
• Students will be required to show their ID and sign for their own tickets.
• Students will be required to complete the Senior Survey prior to receiving their tickets from Campus Activities.

Tickets will be distributed through Campus Activities at the following dates and times:

Week of April 22 - 26, 2013

• Monday through Friday
• 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Campus Activities Office, Lower Level Gallagher Center

Extended Hours:

Tuesday, April 23, and Monday, April 29, 2013

• 7 - 9 p.m.
• Campus Activities Office, Lower Level Gallagher Center

If additional tickets are available, redistribution will take place on May 2 and 3 at 9:30 a.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room, Lower Level Gallagher Center. Students will be allotted an additional two tickets on a first-come, first-serve basis.

August 2012 and January 2013 Graduates:

Students who graduated in August 2012 and January 2013, who will be participating in the ceremony must complete a "Commencement Ticket Request Form" found in the upper right hand corner of their myNU page.

Students will have the following options for obtaining their tickets:

Beginning Monday, April 16, through Monday, May 7, 2013, during the hours of 9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday - Friday

OR Pick tickets up at Will Call on May 11, 2013

The College of Business and College of Hospitality

• 8 - 9:30 a.m.
• Glynn Family Atrium, Bisgrove Hall
• Students will be required to show their ID and sign for their own tickets.
• Student procession will begin promptly at 10 a.m.

The College of Arts and Sciences and the College of Education

• 1 - 2:30 p.m.
• Glynn Family Atrium, Bisgrove Hall
• Students will be required to show their ID and sign for their own tickets.
• Student procession will begin promptly at 3 p.m.

OR have the tickets mailed to the student at home.
