Director of Theatre
Steve recently directed Little Women and Damn Yankees for NU Theatre. Before coming to NU, he served for eleven years as the Artistic Director of the Gifford Family Theatre, a professional Theatre for Young Audiences in residence at Le Moyne College. He has worked as Director of Education for Syracuse Stage, Asst. Director of Education at the Huntington Theatre Company in Boston, and artist-in-residence at Worcester (MA) Children’s Theatre. Mr. Braddock has taught acting at Le Moyne College, Syracuse University, Anna Maria College and Worcester State College. Additional professional and college/university directing credits include classical and contemporary playwrights such as Shakespeare, Oscar Wilde, Henrik Ibsen, and Paula Vogel, among others. A member of Actor’s Equity, he has performed throughout New England and New York State, recently portraying Kent in the CNY Shakespeare production of King Lear. Steve received his M.F.A. in Acting from the University of Southern California.
