Theatre & Performing Arts Careers

Pursuing a Career in Theatre

Niagara University has a proud tradition of producing talented and versatile graduates from our B.F.A. program. As theatre is a specialized field, the theatre department has developed its own career resources, and provides hands-on guidance to its students. Some of the more common resources will be highlighted on this page, but we strongly suggest using the NU faculty and staff resources below for more specific suggestions based on your career interests.

NU Alumni

Theatre alumni are another resource that can help students refine their career interests. We enourage students to reach out to alumni who have similar interests to the careers that they wish to pursue. Please follow the link below to the Theatre Alumni Bios page to explore what our alumni are currently doing. Alumni who wish to be added to the list should contact the theatre department by e-mailing Gregory Fletcher.

NU Faculty & Staff

The following Niagara University Alumni and Staff have volunteered to speak with students about theatre careers. Any additional NU Alumni or Staff who wish to be added to the list or update their contact information/positions please e-mail jps@niagara.edu.
