The Hospitality Training & Research Center will be conducting a one-day ServSafe class on Feb. 10, 2012, in downtown Niagara Falls, N.Y.  (exact location TBA).

Class will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., followed by the final exam. Individuals who need to either become re-certified, retake the exam, or take the class for the first time are welcome.
