AmeriCorps NCCC (National Civilian Community Corps)
AmeriCorps NCCC is a full-time, team-based residential program for men and women age 18-24.They perform team-based service projects in five different areas-- natural and other disasters, infrastructure improvement, environmental stewardship and conservation, energy conservation, and urban and rural development-in communities in all 50 states and U.S. territories.

VISTA Campus: Volunteers In Service to America
VISTAs focus their efforts on building the organizational, administrative, and financial capacity of organizations that fight illiteracy, improve health services, foster economic develop, and otherwise assist low-income communities. They develop programs to meet a need, write grants, and recruit and train volunteers. Year-long and summer commitments.

Segal Americorps Education Award
A financial award given to those who successfull completed their Americorps term of service. It is used only to pay college costs or to repay student loans.

The International Partnership for Service Learning
Study abroad and service learning combined in one! Earn credit and apply what you are learning in the classroom to real issues through service (about 20 hours per week). Don't forget to contact NU's Study Abroad Program for SAP related questions.
