The Universite Catholique De L’Ouest, situated
in the center of Angers in the Loire Valley region of west-central
France, offers sessions in the summer, as well as during both academic
semesters. In addition to a wide range of courses in French language,
culture and literature, the university offers programs in history,
economics, translation, art, music, theater, philosophy, and theology.
Students also have the option to pursue official certification
in the French language by the Alliance Francaise and by the French
Chamber of Commerce. Summer students live in a French home or make
other arrangements in Angers.
