MIL 101 - Intro to Military Leadership - 2 credit hours, meets once a week

MIL 102 - Intro to Military Leadership - 1 credit hour, meets once a week

  • Learn leadership basics, organizational management, problem solving techniques, communications skills, subordinate counseling techniques, values and ethics, the Army as an organization, briefing skills, nutrition and map reading skills.

MIL 200 - Development of Military Strategy - 3 credit hours, meets twice a week

MIL 201 - Basic Military Leadership & Management - 2 credit hours, meets once a week

MIL 202 - Basic Military Leadership & Management - 1 credit hour, meets once a week

  • Application of collective and individual skills required of a leader, manager or supervisor includes learning team building exercises.
