President's Report
The John Lynch Society
Thank you for your support of Niagara University. Your gifts of $1,856 or more honor Fr. John Lynch, the founder of Our Lady of Angels (the forerunner to Niagara University), in a special way. As the first fund-raiser for the university, Father Lynch was able to secure the necessary monies to purchase the property at Monteagle Ridge. Later, when the mortgage came due, he found the additional dollars to assure the continuation of the school and the Vincentian tradition he held so dear. Niagara seeks to recognize those who follow in his footsteps by naming Niagara’s most prestigious benefactors society after Father Lynch.
Members of the Lynch Society are a distinguished and diverse group sharing common dedication to Niagara and commitment to the education of young men and women. Your gift at the leadership level places you among Niagara’s strongest supporters and encourages other alumni and friends to follow your lead.
