Lisa McMahon brings almost 20 years of experience in reporting, copywriting and publication design to her position as associate director for publications. She has been a member of the public relations office staff since 1997, where her responsibilities include overseeing the production of university publications and serving as editor of the Eagle alumni magazine. Her work has been recognized by the Communicator Awards, Apex Awards for Publication Excellence, Admissions Marketing Report Advertising Awards, and Excalibur Awards of the Public Relations Society of America, Buffalo chapter.

A Niagara Falls native, McMahon earned a bachelor of arts degree in mass communication, magna cum laude, from St. Bonaventure University.
