Q: I have heard that the single was released in Australia, why isn't that release listed?
A: An Australian release (supposedly on Gap) has been disputed by many, and no substantial evidence has proved its existence. Therefore, it is not listed.

Q: Why are there nine different sleeves for the UK release?
A: According to the book An Ideal For Living by Mark Johnson: "The nine different colours of the printing of the sleeves came about when everyone had favourite colours and they decided to use them all."
