Can I test my RealPlayer ahead of time to make sure it can be seen on my computer?
Yes, you can! We advise those that will be tuning in to verify that their RealPlayer installation works properly by testing it using the following link: rtsp://stream.buffalo.edu/shared/its/Niagara/Grad.rm . This is not the link that will be using the day of commencement. Check this site later for the exact link.
Is there a number I can call if I have questions?

We strongly encourage those expecting to view the event to download RealPlayer ahead of time and test it with the link above. The support we can offer will be limited as we cannot access your computer remotely and won't be able to determine if there are other issues preventing the stream from working for you. We will be in contact with the UB staff to make sure the stream is functioning normally during the event.
