Language experiences would be provided for four hours each day/five days per week (four classroom days and one experiential day with faculty). Based on English language proficiency (assessed as first camp component), these experiences would vary according to the needs of the students (grouping of students by ability level) and would include:
- Practice in conversation (speaking and listening);
- Vocabulary enrichment, reading and writing; and
- Opportunities to work, with assistance (coaching), in the language technology lab.
At the completion of the English Summer Camp, students would be provided a certificate indicating the English language level and number of hours they completed.
